Shipping and Delivery
All shipping is handled through TNT post services. All orders are shipped as soon as possible after receiving your payment. By rule of thumb all articles on stock will be delivered within three workdays. This does not count for pre-orders. It is possible that a certain product is temporarily out of stock. Throughout the order and delivery process ShopKaput informs the customer of the status of their order. Of course it is possible for the customer to personally collect the purchased goods. Should you wish to do so please call or e-mail us to make an appointment. Under rule of Dutch law, in particular the Law “Kopen Op Afstand” we are held to deliver any order no later than 30 days. This period limitation is restricted to deliveries within the Netherlands. In the case where we do not meet this requirement and we have not made other arrangements with the customer, the customer has the right to forfeit the purchase free of any charge. Forfeit is not possible if alternate delivery periods have been agreed upon.
Cool Down period
After receiving your order you have seven days to annul the purchase. The
purchase is only definite seven days after receiving your order. Should you
wish to annul your purchase please take the following steps.
- Inform ShopKaput within seven days after receiving your order that you
wish to annul the purchase. You can do this by letter, e-mail or telephone.
You will receive a written confirmation and further details to complete the
annulment through your given e-mail address.
- You will return the relevant products in its unopened and undamaged
original packaging. Please include the original invoice. Both cost and risk
of the retuning of the product are at the customer's expense.
- As soon as possible but no later than thirty days after receiving your
returned products the relating purchase amount is returned to the
originating account. Opened products, damaged products, products returned in
damaged packaging, products with a broken seal and/or products differing in
any way from the original purchased goods can not be retuned based on the
cool down period.

iDeal offers the possibility to pay a purchase directly and online through a customers own internetbanking system. After clicking on the order button the customer is transferred to his own banking area. There, payment is completed, after which the customer is transferred back to the ShopKaput website.
Foreign transactions are limited to PayPal or Wire Transfer.
