Ordering and purchasing a product
If you wish to order a product press the “Add to Cart” button accompanying the product and specify number and size when applicable. In the upper left side of the screen you will find the “Shopping Cart” button. By clicking this button you are transferred to your shopping cart: a list detailing your pending products so far will show. By clicking the “Checkout” button in this location you will be transferred to the login menu where you may log in using your existing profile name and private password, create a new profile or choose to purchase without a profile. In any case, this step is followed by fields asking you your delivery address, payment and invoice details. There are three methods of payment: PayPal, iDealeal or Wire Transfer. At this stage you can still remove a chosen product from your order list. If your order is complete and correct click “Confirm order”. Your order is now definite and you will receive an e-mail at your given e-mail address to confirm this. We will process your order. If you wish to know the status of your order in processing, please follow the link given in your order conformation e-mail. This will transfer you directly to your order status.
Warranty
On our products, disposables excepted, the applicable factory warranty holds. By rule of thumb this warranty period extends one year, but exceptions are possible. Should you wish to know the exact warranty terms or do you wish to apply to your factory warranty, please contact us.
Annulling a purchase
U may annul your purchase without explanation within 7 working days after receiving the product. In case of annulment you are held to communicate this to ShopKaput. The product that is being returned through annulment may not have been opened and should be returned to us in its original packaging as soon as possible after annulment. The shipping charges for returning are the customer’s expense. After receiving the returned product ShopKaput will transfer back your purchase sum within 30 days. ShopKaput reserves the right to refuse returning products or credit only a portion of the purchase sum if the product or its packaging has been opened, damaged or otherwise altered.

ShopKaput guarantees reasonable processing and resolving of all viable complaints. Complaints can be submitted through e-mail or telephone, tel +31 (0)20 4121342, available at business hours. ShopKaput will do its utmost to resolve any reasonable complaint to full satisfaction and to inform you of any and every step through e-mail, telephone or letter.
Privacy
Any and all personal information submitted is for internal use only. ShopKaput makes no data available to external or third parties for any purpose. Should you want to be removed from our files you can submit a written request.
